Introducing GweedyMann YaUndaStand

GweedyMann YaUndaStand is a rapper from Marrero, Louisiana. He started with his musical outlet back in 2004 when Gweedy and his friends would freestyle on any track they could find. He decided to take the step further when his friend granted him with the opportunity to actually record a track. After freestyling on a Webbie Track, Gweedy continued the hustle to make music and never took a break from it.

Although Gweedy is extremely determined and dedicated to his own music career, he makes sure to care about everyone else as well. GweedyMann gives many other upcoming artists opportunities to shine by recording them in his own studio. He knows how much that connection can positively impact a new artist in the rap scene. “It’s bigger than me”, Gweedy describes his role in the music industry. GweedyMann makes the decision to push others to be successful in the rap world. He never went to school for music and had no prior musical training or education, but GweedyMann YaUndaStand’s raw talent bleeds through, and it’s easy to see this through his tracks.

GweedyMann YaUndaStand’s most successful project is “7g” which features MackaBeez. Through this creative and catchy album, it’s easy to see the influences of Gweedy play in his own music while also containing his own unique touch on each song. Only some of GweedyMann’s favorite artists include Soulja Slimm, BG, Juvenile, MackaBeez, Young Thug, Boosie Badd Azz, and Webbie.
